About the Ministry
Dr. Larry G. Tolbert is the president of the Great ExchangZ, a company devoted to helping people understand their identity, destiny and worth in their relationship with God through daily communion. Having been an Assemblies of God pastor for over forty years, he holds a doctorate degree from Jacksonville Theological Seminary. He also is a seasoned musician, songwriter and author. Larry and his wife make their home in northeast Oklahoma. They have four grown children and twelve grandchildren.
At Larry Tolbert Ministries we believe within God’s choicest creation, mankind, God put His desire there to know Him.
God being a God of excellence created man with three distinct entities, spirit, soul, and body. Each, if carefully cultivated, will bring about a God-like person that can enjoy life to its fullest.
IDENTITY
Our understanding of God and our purpose in life all begins with identity. Knowing who you are sets your destination in motion to fulfilling God’s purpose in your life. My identity all begins with knowing that “Christ is in me!” The Laminin (…protein molecules that is an integral part of the structural scaffolding in almost every tissue of an organism) in each of our cells miraculously shows the power of the finished work of the cross in all of us. Know your identity and you are on your way to a healthy prosperous life here on earth.
SIGNIFICANCE
How I feel about myself becomes my net worth or significance. Unfortunately the net worth of most people is gravely below how God sees us. Many are sick and die prematurely because of low self-esteem. There are many variables in life that lead to this misunderstanding however the Word of God sees us in a different fashion. You and I are the righteousness of God in Christ and that makes all of us highly favored as sons and daughters of God! Low self-esteem leads to stress and worry creating an unhealthy environment believing something totally different than what God says about us. I choose to believe what God says about us, a new creature in Christ!
HEALTH
Health and wellness is attributed to knowing the Grace and Faith of Christ Jesus! By His stripes we are healed. I would that you would prosper and be in health even as your soul prospers. My soul then cultivated with the grace and truth of the Word enables me to excel in health and wellness according to my faith. Christ in me then becomes my health! Was Jesus ever sick? No! Did Jesus ever lack? No! Knowing this truth gives us power to be healthy and whole in our lives here on earth.
